Monday - Working on the turnover phase of the lift, lockout and hit some decent numbers for a Snatch double.
Tuesday - Hitting the posture chain and the turner over of the Clean
Wednesday - Hit a heavy squat and some jumps
Thursday - Developing the catch phase of the snatch and acceleration.
Friday - Working on the bar path and keeping the bar close
Saturday - Hit target on the Front Squat and play with some heavy Clean & Jerks
Sunday - Rest & recovery
A week to develop your skills and hit some decent numbers on the snatch and Clean & Jerk... This week we will start playing around with some heavy squats too as we start to develop our squatting strength again.
This weeks training is starting a new phase reducing the load and developing fitness and starting focusing on a few key skills.
*Widen grip on the jerk balance series if need to take the press off the shoulders.
