Monday is about developing the launch position and being comfortable getting out of the hole.
Tuesday is for getting better at the turnover and being comfortable getting under the bar.
Wednesday Bulgarian style working on consisentance and fitness
Thursday is about confidence holding the weight and getting under the bar.
Friday is about consistence and general conditioning.
Saturday is play day.
Should be a fun weeks training....
Competition Preparation... This weeks target is simple. This week we want to get comfortable with your competition warm-up and fine tune some technique work. Look forward to seeing you at the competition on Saturday. Weigh-in is at 12pm and lift off will be at 1:15pm.
