We work on that foot work and balance in the split. Then a favourite of mine Clean Pull & Clean from Hang. This is great for learning how to lengthen out the pull phase. Then we continue our squat work, before finishing with some core work.
We start with working that overhead position. Then we work on the turnover in the snatch, by taking away our foot work. Then we work on our positional strength through the snatch pull, before finishing with some hamstring work with Good Mornings.
We start with speed under the bar, then working on strength and shapes when getting through the knees in the load phase of the snatch. Then we work our fitness with triples on the snatch. Then we finish with some more strength work.
Start the session with some upper body strength, before developing particularly the load phase of the clean with Clean from Mid Shin. Then we have some back and tricep conditioning.
We start with our complex of the week. We have muscular clean & push press to sharpen the turnover and drive phases. We have heavy clean from hips and power jerk. Followed by heavy back squats and to finish with some loaded pancake stretches.
We have a test out day. So we'll set a heavy Snatch and Clean & Jerk.
