Summary of This Weeks Training
With Christmas quickly approaching, this week is about play... We have added some heavy pulls to launch to get comfortable lifting the heavier weights off the floor. We'll also be working on the acceleration from the knees too. This is to develop that confidence of being able to control the bar through the middle of the lift. Then towards the end of the week, there is some opportunity to have a go at some 1 rep maxes. Should be an interesting weeks training.
