This should be a fun week of training.
Monday we lead with snatch working in turnover strength and acceleration through the hips, before working on leg strength and core stiffness.
Tuesday is Clean and jerk, firstly working on speed and turnover, then back and rotation strength.
Wednesday first turnover strength and the confidence to use our legs in the load phase of the pull. Then we are working on rhythm and timing on the jerk. Then we have tricep and lower abdominal strength work.
Thursday we start with pulls to work on grip and positions. Then we have turnover conditioning. Then we have leg strength and back conditioning.
Friday Working on some snatch conditioning.
Saturday opportunity to go heavy but with a catch. 1 fail and your out rule..
