Monday - A snatch day working on turnover and then getting the bar to travel through the hips. We have then over head squat particularly aimed at flexibility.
Tuesday - Working on bar path and strength and the knees. Before some moderate squats aimed at speed and the some lockout strength.
Wednesday - Working on turnover of the bar, followed by working on shapes from the floor. Then working on back and lower ab strength.
Thursday - Speed under the bar, acceleration and lockout strength in the over head squat position.
Friday - Snatch conditioning, working on consistency and fitness. Followed by more leg strength.
Saturday - Play day. Heavy Clean & Jerk.
Should be a great week of training.
