Monday - Working on the Snatch developing the receiving position of the Snatch and getting comfortable with a heavy load over head. A bit of fitness, working on consistency and shapes.
Tuesday - Clean & Jerk based, working on keeping the bar close to the body and acceleration of the bar.
Wednesday - Working on bar path and getting under the bar on the jerk phase of the lift.
Thursday - Working acceleration and loading and off loading the posterior chain
Friday - Working on consistency and fit. Doing a cycle of weights. 5 rounds of each weight.
Saturday - Priming the Jerk and the turn over of the bar before trying some heavy Clean & Jerks.
